Gender equity should be the north star for business, because progressive CEOs recognise that their most valuable asset is talent. Equity progress is not just good for women, it's good for business.

But what does good look like and what drives progress?

In 2024 the first WiW100 GEM Report was launched. It analysed 400 of the largest UK companies across 24 sectors to compare Board representation, pay gaps and parental policy transparency. We revealed and recognised the WIW100 - those companies achieving all three WiW measures and gained widespread media coverage from Sky Business News to The Telegraph.

The 2025 WIW GEM Report, in partnership with LinkedIn, launches on 9th October 2025. This year, we once again reveal which companies are leading the way on workplace equity. Who’s made the WIW100, and which organisations top the list? Is progress being made — or are we seeing year-on-year stagnation? And crucially, using LinkedIn’s UK workforce data, what actually predicts better female representation?

Our goal is not to call out companies, but to call in those who are doing it well or want to improve and share what works.

Due for release on 9th October!
